Feature Request: Allow customers to pay for third-party delivery orders using Square Gift Cards

The title of this post has been edited from the original: Add Gift Card as payment option has disappeared from the checkout

The ability to enter a Square Gift Card as a payment option has disappeared from the checkout for delivery in my online store.  It is still an option when the customer selects Pickup.

This has worked flawlessly for weeks now, but suddenly disappeared.  How do I get it back?  All of my delivery orders are paid for by Gift Card!

Yes, Square Gift Cards can now be used on In-House and On-Demand delivery orders! ✨

Dropping in to let you know that Square Gift Cards will now appear as a payment option for all In-House and On-Demand Deliveries orders. Please give our team a call if you are running into any troubles with this field appearing at the end of the checkout flow!

Have you tried testing by ordering on your site? if so, what browser? Also, mind sending your URL link?

I have. I'm using Chrome. When I try to checkout, there is only an option to enter a credit card. No space for a Promo Code or to enter gift card information. I've had several of my clients inform me that they are experiencing this as well.

Thanks for dropping that over, @veronicamason. I flagged this over to one of our Ecomm specialists to try and get more insight into why no option for gift card payments are reflecting within the checkout process. 

Have you purchased any gift cards through your Square account? They should automatically appear if you have issued cards on your account.

No, I have not purchased gift cards personally, since I am the seller. I have sold several gift cards to my clients yet they cannot access them in the current checkout method. They have signed into their own Square accounts and are still unable to use them during checkout. Same with the Promo Code I've sent out. I can't see the option on my side of things either.

We are having a number of issues with square online. One of which is that our online store won't accept square gift cards if the customer chooses to have their order delivered. Why?! Help?!

You definitely can use gift cards on delivery orders as well!

I moved your post to an existing thread that shows where the Gift Card option is on the Checkout page.
