no transaction notification

I'd like to setup a notification that's triggered when there's no transaction longer than 1 hour during the day time. This is useful when the integration between Square and BigCommerce stops working.

While we do not currently have a feature that supports what you've specifically requested, I think it’s a great idea and I can see how it would be beneficial to your business.
