Feature Request: Schedule multiple staff for single appointment

Hello. I'm wondering how I can set up scheduling couples massages? I need to be able to have two employees selected when they choose this appointment type. I've tried explaining to a customer the steps to take to schedule two appointments for the same time with two different therapists but this showed to be too inconvenient and they said they'd rather just call in. 

Any help appreciated.

I went to check on this request and the ability to process separate sales for each provider on one ticket isn't available at this time. Thank you for showing why this feature is important for your spa.

 

For now, you'll need to process each service separately to make sure the proper employee gets credit. Appreciate your patience as we make improvements based on seller feedback!

How do I add more staff into the app? I don’t see an option to do it

under the same company more than one person could be working at our salon and I don’t seen to find how.

does each person have to add their own square account? Or how? Help

Hey @Sandra01- What exactly is it that you're looking for these staff members to do?

 

If you want people to be able to login and simply take payments for the business, you can add additional members with Team Management.

 

If you're wanting to add more people to the calendar to take appointments, you can do that through the Staff page of your Online Dashboard. But the bigger question is- Do you want each of those staff members to have their own bank account linked so that their money goes straight to them?

Clients need to get more than one service done, with multiple service providers.  Creating separate appointments for each service is time consuming, not cost effective and means we have to swipe their card TWO or THREE times??? Please Square, this has been requested for years! Help!

Is this issue something that Square will work on? It's been requested almost 4 years now....clearly it's a feature that is desperately needed.  I'm on a trial, if I can't get this feature I won't be able to use (pay for) Square! 😩

Don't hold your breath. If they do plan to add it, it's probably going to be an a la carte ($$$) add on like the other "features" that have been added since I asked this question. I've had to come up with so many "work arounds" to accomplish basic usability and a functional user interface/user experience for both my employees and customers. Square is not suited for a salon/spa business with multiple employees. I have yet to hear from anyone to address the several concerns I've had for, now documented, YEARS!

Good luck if finding a scheduling software that meets your needs.

Is there any word on when square plans to make it so a client who has services booked with more than one service provider can check out all together rather than (very unprofessionally) having them check out separately for each service provider? It seems like this should be a simple feature to implement and one that many users seem to be asking for and have been for the last few years..

Another business here that needs that feature. We left Square d/t lack of functionality and are still bumping up against same concerns of 2-3y ago. My wife wants us to move back for ease of use but Appointments still lacks maturity.

I would use square for booking, payroll, and website. The only thing stopping me is that I run a spa and need it to require the client to book 2 therapists for one appointment, I wish Square would upgrade the software to include this option.
