Feature Request: Schedule multiple staff for single appointment

Hello. I'm wondering how I can set up scheduling couples massages? I need to be able to have two employees selected when they choose this appointment type. I've tried explaining to a customer the steps to take to schedule two appointments for the same time with two different therapists but this showed to be too inconvenient and they said they'd rather just call in. 

Any help appreciated.

I went to check on this request and the ability to process separate sales for each provider on one ticket isn't available at this time. Thank you for showing why this feature is important for your spa.

 

For now, you'll need to process each service separately to make sure the proper employee gets credit. Appreciate your patience as we make improvements based on seller feedback!

Can you PLEASE add where we can change the service provider once a guest is checked out? Employees make mistakes... we need to be able to edit transactions once checked out... especially the employee who did the service. Reports are WRONG every single month... this REALLY needs attention.

We've been using it since the early days and I agree -- its stagnant, nothing is happening to it -- features are severely limited vs others.

Same here. I really love how easy scheduling is for my clients but Couples massage is a must and them having to call every time is frustrating. We need couples booking. Its a huge part of our business. I really dont want to change but this may force me too.

It looks like this was started in 2016? Has this really not been corrected yet? This is a major part of many businesses. What can we do to get this feature?

Is there a way to split one sale to pay equal commissions to two or more different barbers? Thanks in advance!

How are you handling commissions right now? Are you adding those individual to employees when running payroll?

 

I'm just in the process of setting everything up so I'm not sure if I'm answering this correctly - I have my team members set up individually with their own log in pin so I can track their sales separately. The issue is sometimes one person will pay for multiple services in one sale (a mother paying for two kids for example) but, because it's being rung in by one barber, that barber is getting credit for both services and the gratuity attached to it.

 

My question is - is it possible to somehow split a sale (and tip) from one sale out to two separate barbers?

I see what you mean! There doesn't seem to be a way to do that at the moment, so I'm merging your posts into a different feature request thread about this. If we add this as an option then you'll get notified when you'll be able to use multiple staff with a single sale.

We are a small dance Booster Club doing photo sessions this winter as a fundraiser. We have two photographers going at the same time - One inside doing studio sessions and one outside with Santa. Families can choose to do one option or both. We'd like it to work so that families can schedule their own time for each photographer if they want to choose both, then there would be a discount. I have it all figured out except if they do both, the system won't let it book a different time for each option, or tells the person to contact us to book. Is there not a way for someone to book two different time slots for each photographer? Otherwise they have to go through the appointments twice and we have to refund them for the discount.
