Hello i having problem with this payment processor. Looks like 50% of my customers ( selling in UK ) 50% are successful payments and 50% is failed. the issue is verification problem and email valid. what can be an issue?

If you are using a custom API to accept your online payments with Square, you may need to update your API with the latest SCA requirement. If it is not updated, you may see an increase in declined payments due to verification. If you are accepting your payments through Square Online website or Online Checkout links and see an increase in declined payments, it is best to contact our Support team to check your declined payments. SCA-related verification is already implemented in our system to comply with the latest regulation.
