Consistent checkout issues

Does anyone else have consistent checkout issues on their Weebly/Square site?

 

- postal codes not working

- asking "get shipping" rates even though I have a flat rate

- spinning grey wheel/greyed out website page and customer can't proceed with checkout

 

I'm at my wits end. I called support and they said everything was fine. I messaged them and they said call support... of course.

 

I'm ready to jump to another platform, unfortunately.

We're very sorry to hear this is happening and to hear about your frustration with the Square Online platform. Are you able to provide screenshots of those errors occurring and provide more details about when those issues occurred?

I'm not going to be able to continue going through the process of trying to figure out why I always have checkout issues. Last week I called support, emailed, posted on this forum, chatted over Facebook and still there are issues and it is always the same result - each time I forward the information/screenshots and the conclusion is always that there was nothing wrong in the first place. Well, there IS something wrong if it continues to be a consistent problem. I'm sick of dealing with it, so I'm jumping ship.
