POS Online Ordering - Item count limit

With the introduction of the QR Online ordering to our club kitchen / bar recently, we have a couple of questions we are hoping the community can assist with.

1. Can each of the Menu items have a stock count.? So when the last available item is sold, square sets this item to unavailable.?

 

2. Is there a batch / automated process that can change all online orders from "Ready" to "Delivered / Picked Up" at the end of the day.?

 

The staff member currently changes the order to "Ready" and the Patron picks up their order from a self serve window. The orders remain in the "Ready" status. (Bad practice we know and will improve on this).

Hi Mark, 

Welcome to the forum. 

You can set stock limits through POS > More > Items > Manage Stock and add the amount you have to sell. You can also mark items as sold out here.

 To mark all orders as delivered by batch you can only do it through the dashboard

Dashboard > Orders > edits orders > select all > mark as complete
