Square terminal , splash page, wont connect to wifi at trade shows

I have heard that the square terminal receipt machine wont connect to the wifi splash page at trade shows.  Connection to a personal hot spot is required and then the square terminal keeps going off line.  Has this been fixed for 2022?

I'm happy to help but will need some more detail in order to better understand your question. By "splash page" are you referring to connecting to the network through a captive portal?

You won’t be able to connect your Square Terminal to a captive portal network. A captive portal is a network that requires you to agree to terms or conditions to access the internet connection (these networks are common at coffee shops, airports, and other public internet access points).
