I have seen posts regarding this issue on the US site. I wish we were able to edit an online order without just canceling the order. I often have customers who want to add something custom to their order or make a small change. Would love the ability to add items/change items or make a custom request for more money to add to the order.
To expand even to have the ability to change a pickup date of the order not sure how that isn't a feature.
