Feature Request - In cart scheduling pick ups and delivery

Ive had countless customers not realising they can schedule a pickup/delivery date and time as the initial cart section shows the default date and time for the order and has the word change next to it. When they click on change it just gives them the default date and time not realising they can actually change the date and time afterwards in the checkout process. This is causing a lot of confusion and im getting frustrated that I have to keep answering this question all day every day on all my social media platforms. Can someone put a note in the cart that date and time can be changed afterwards in the checkout process?

After some updates on this thread please. I can 100% echo everything that's been mentioned here. 

 

My business is built on the back of ordering for a specific date and it's just not clear enough to convert to sales currently.

Both Pick-up and Delivery times are now available to be scheduled from within an online shopping cart, in addition to where these options previously were in the checkout flow!

These two "Change" links will now allow the customer to click on them and select their pickup date and time from "ASAP" to a later date.

@LittleDragon I'm sorry, that was my bad - looks like Delivery has not yet launched. I'll see if I can get an idea of when this may be coming. Sorry for the confusion!

We just announced scheduled in-cart delivery times in our April 2021 Square Online update and I have confirmed it is working in-cart on my test account:

I wanted to wait a few days before giving you a heads up, as it was a gradual roll out and my own test account hadn't been updated as of Friday last week. I checked again today and it was working, so I'm hoping the full rollout has gone out over the weekend!
