Open box

We have had a few requests from our customers to have an “open box” option at the checkout. 

I think this would be a good wee addition to the platform as a lot of other companies can offer this service from their website host. 

An open box option is fairly new to online shopping, basically the name basically says what it is. Buy products and once the customer is ready for their order they can close the box and pay postage. It allows people to add little bits and bobs into their box rather than making a bulk order. Especially with the pandemic finances can be stretched and this allows them to keep shopping, companies to keep money coming in. All round we feel that the requests are a good idea!

Hope you are well, yeah course thanks a lot for acknowledging my request/suggestion! I just feel as though you get much more benefits with other platforms, royal mail integration, open box and so much more.. I really like this platform hence why im making these threads not normally would i bother but i do like square and i hope these requests can be seriously considered as i know what im suggesting isn’t uncommon. A lot of competitors shopify etc are launching these add ons so it would be good to keep up with the market! I do get the impression that not much is happening with requests 😞 totally appreciate what yous guys are faced with and the ongoing situation we are living in but these suggestions would benefit square keep on top of the game!
