Unable to sync account on new device

Hi there. I recently got a new phone and would like to log into my square account to take purchases on it. However, every time I try to log into my account the app takes me through the signup process instead of displaying the items I have already created/any other information that is stored in the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
