The ability to sent an Item in inventory as One of a Kind so its removed from store etc once sold

I Make hand made items and so for the most part they are different, so I would like to check a box so that its removed from visible inventory such as POS and web once its sold, or move to past items or something, but not be available to buy.

This thread shows that I am not the only one asking for this.
