Stop switching menus

Is there a way to stop the menu switching on the Restaurants app at all? We shift from Cafe menu to the Cocktail menu at 530 and from then on, our staff are always having to choose the Cocktail menu because it will default back to Cafe. Any chance this behaviour can be chosen, so we can allow a default to override, or in our case, allow the last used menu to be displayed till it's changed?

Menus are set to default back to the menu last used by that particular employee. Unfortunately, they don't have a feature to set by time. 

 

To help with this scenario, an employee would only have to switch to the Cocktail menu once. This would allow the Cocktail menu to be the default at each log-in until another one is selected.
