How do we report a big issue on a Sunday in Australia

Tonight (Sunday 10pm, 17 October 2021), customers cannot buy off our website because the pictures (for some reason) have all rescaled across my website and are now covering the options for buying anything.

How do we report serious problems on a Sunday?  I don't know when this started but it would explain 8+ hours of no orders.
