Appointments: How do I prevent clients from double booking

Hi there,

 

Ive been using square appointments for years and it syncs with my online website. Tonight a client has been able to double book an appointment. The first client was booked by me earlier today. The second client booked themselves in online this evening at the same time. I have never had this issue before and I'm confused to why this has happened. Anyone else had this problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @PRO_Therapy thanks for flagging this. 

 

That sounds strange that this has happened randomly. Have you made any changes to your settings at all recently? 

 

We have a feature called processing time which lets clients book during downtime of existing appointments so I wonder if that might be the case here?

If this isn't set up on your services, then I'd suggest getting in touch with our support team directly so that they can pull up your account and look into these two bookings specifically. We would need the account specific information here that we can't access on the Community.
