'Enable instant profiles' toggle is disabled but Instant profiles still being created on register.

'Enable instant profiles' toggle is disabled but Instant profiles still being created on register.

business currently used square point of sale and currently setting up square appointments for online bookings etc. Dsiabled instant profiles in Square appointments but client directory still creating instant profiles through the client directory. Do i need to disable this toggle in square POS as well?

Hi @ainelavery, welcome to the Seller Community and thank you for sharing this post! If Instant Profile has been disable from your Square Dashboard but are still being created, it's something that our team should look into further.

 

When you can, please contact our Support team directly. That way, they can get account-specific details like the customers with Instant Profiles, etc. and escalate it to the appropriate team.
