Instagram Feed - Images Not Showing

Our instagram feed currently only shows alt text and shopping links but only shows greyed out squares rather than the images themselves. We've not edited this part of the site since it previously functioned properly so does anyone know how we re-establish the images?

Hi @SamRead, sorry to hear you are running into this issue! Is this the Instagram feed section on your website? 

If the images are not synced, one thing we can try is to delete the section to disconnect it so we can re-connect the Instagram account again. That usually help with any sync issue. 

If delete and reconnecting does not work, please let me know and I can definitely check in with our ECOM team to see if they can help investigate this further as well.
