i have a contactless devise and the app informs me it permanently broken. how do i get it replaced. less than 6month old

Hi @Colin103, thank you for your post! It sounds like your reader is no longer functioning correctly due to a failsafe put into place to ensure the security of your reader.
You can file a limited guarantee claim for your Square Reader in the Square Shop. After completing the limited guarantee, you should see your replacement reader in 2-3 days.
