How to can I remove a customer from a smart group so they don't receive emails targeted to that group?
Use Case: Customer made a purchase, added to the smart group automatically. The customer cancelled the purchase and was refunded. They still remain in Smart Group.
The email marketing with that smart group would be only for those that made the purchase without cancelling. The emails would be irrelevant to the ones that cancelled.
Make Sense?
Any way to do this at this time?
