Is there a way to modify a ticket after the sale in my system ie add details to a custom order

I am just getting started using Square at craft shows and would like to be able to go mack into the ticket to add details from a custom order after the sale is complete. This way I don't slow down the customer ( I write down all custom orders).

You're not able to edit or add notes to a payment after the payment itself is complete. 

 

What you can do is create a Customer Profile for the person making the custom order, and add notes to their profile with their specific order preferences.
