Square Teams instead of Square Appointments

Now that we are using Square Teams and Square Appointments, we have been finding that Square Appointments requires service providers to have the same schedule every week - which is not the case. Our schedules change every week and what we are finding is that people booking online are booking for times that a barber is not even working. 

 

We would prefer that Square Appointments took a staff members' availability, based on their schedule that is showing in the POS. In the POS we have set a month out so that barbers can plan around those times to do other things.

 

Right now, the appointments app is confusing to everyone. Its rigidity in how you set availability is giving us such extra work - that we are considering scrapping it all together!

 

There has to be a better way!
