Tile Questions Option For Setting Up Tickets

When creating a ticket, we would like to see questions asked - that we would determine. For instance, a process such as:

 

1) Select create ticket

2) The screen displays a window that asks for a section ID - after submit, 

3) The screen then display asks for table number - after submit,

4) Screen display asks for the guest name - after submitting the ticket goes back to regular POS grid selection environment.

 

Since we do not have Restaurants available to us in Canada, we need a workaround to ensure that this information is being captured for each ticket. We would like the option of being able to set these questions ourselves from the Online Dashboard and arrange them or delete one if we no longer care about sections for instance.
