Transferring data from Square correctly into QBO

I have been using the free Square App for 7 months now and syncing it to my QBO program. It is not syncing correctly into QBO. Its dumping all data in "undeposited funds" which is not helpful. I cannot get through to anyone at Square to help with this technical issue.

Hey there! Thanks for asking here. We are definitely happy to help in any way we can, but your best course of action will be to work with Quickbooks directly to see how you can better define the data. 

 

For help with QuickBooks Online-specific questions, you’ll need to either visit the Sync With Square article or contact QuickBooks directly by calling 1-800-488-7330. Their support hours are:

  • Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PST)
  • Saturday: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. (PST)
