What is the best resource to address my Weebly questions?

Greetings,

 

I have a Fish & Chips place here on Vancouver Island.  I have purchased Square POS (the Stand and my iPad), some terminals, ticket printer, etc.  I think i own everything.

 

On the Square Dashboard, I can import food items, modifiers, categories, etc.  All works.

I want to add and online store.  When I go to sign up, I ended up on the Weebly thing.  It appears that most things seem to work. 

 

However, there are some limitations that I'm confused about:

  • If you bulk upload on the square dashboard, on Weebly, all the items are physical.  There's no way to bulk change this.  Is that right?
  • On an item page (dashboard) there is the option that says "Skip the detail screen in Point of Sale" but if you click on "learn more", you come to the home screen for SquareUp (Canada) support.  I can't find the learn more stuff.
  • On an item page, bottom of the page, you are taken to the corresponding Weebly page.  Is the Square Online Store actually this Weebly stuff and I'm just seeing the <cough> pain <cough> of the integration of Weebly into Square?
  • Weebly's community links where a moderator sez go look at this or that article comes to a 404 page on the Square Online store.  As I decode the URLs, it seems the Weebly community stuff flips people to the US version of help.  It is all very messy or am I doing something wrong.  If I have Weebly questions, where do I post them?

I love my Square products and website, but the more I research thing, the more confusing it is getting with Square/Weebly. For example, I wanted to upgrade my subscription to start using the various options available, for example marketing emails. I upgraded the. Tried to use it and it said it wasn’t available to me. I research more and find out it’s not available in Canada. So I cancelled it. But in another area, I can upgrade with Weebly for the same price but no details as to what that includes and nothing to click on to find out. You research comparing plans and you are only provided the square version. Often, you are prompted with a “learn more” button, which just takes you to a general help area and when you search the topic there are no results. It’s getting very frustrating. Can you provide more clear information of what are square services, what are weebly  services and what is included in each.
