appointments -best practices

I run a music school, and use square appointments for booking, invoicing etc our lessons. 

I have had 3 admin now, and I feel we've gotten away from using square to its potential. Is there anyone out there who could direct me to a video, tutorial etc that would inform me on how to best use appointments for my particular business?
