"payment method doesn't work with your currency" - help!

My friend tried to buy something from my site, using different cards but it just kept saying "payment method doesn't work with your currency" - but we all live in canada??

So confused. Help?

What kind of internet browser is being used? And kind of Online Store do you have - Weebly, Wix, etc?
