Recently my website was downgraded from a preformance plan to a starter plan. For the past few days, I have received this message when I log on to my website, "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." I have called customer service but I am still waiting for a call back.

It looks like your domain isn't pointed to us now, @artbysunfire. You might want to contact your registrar if you need help pointing it to us, otherwise update the DNS like shown in this guide:
