Looks like you have more than one account, @MudaroMundo. Try logging in with your email address that starts with claudiaoliveira.w@.

Yes, I do have 2 accounts and have just got the Reset Password on that email you mentioned, however, it's not working. When I insert a new password twice (to reset it), it says "Verification Key not found" in red.
What's wrong?
