There are two ways to use it with your site:
1. Upload it as a file while editing your theme (go to the Theme tab and click on Edit HTML / CSS).
2. Make a text link on a hidden page of your site and use the file option to upload your JS file (you can visit the hidden page on your live site to get the URL of the file).
