How do I ask for a refund?

I recently bought a 1 year plan in order to get the free domain name that comes with it. However, I have not received the free domain name and I am happy to go with the .weebly free domain for now. It was less than 30 days ago, so I can get a refund, but I don't know how I'd go about requesting it. Thanks in advance.
