I've refunded and removed your Starter service and turned off auto-renew for your domain, @diggo00. I wasn't able to refund your domain renewal since it was outside of our 30-day refund policy.

Not a problem, @Alaht. I've canceled and refunded both services. You should see the money back in your PayPal account soon where you can then transfer back to your bank account.
