It doesn't look like that site is hosted with us, @zmz. Did you use the Weebly editor through a third party host?
The website is edited and hosted by Weebly.
If you switch to a standard theme do the buttons all match?
I tried different themes, and the button was always with the oposite color (light vs dark).
I don't think it's possible to change the button colors on the contact form, unfortunately. The only option would be to match the rest of the buttons to the button style of the contact form.
