How to get what I paid for?

Hello

As you can see in the pic above, under personal you should get advanced site stats and site search. Neither of these are available. I have been in contact with the team twice now. The first time the lady said there was an error and she would get someone to email me back. That was on the 8th. One the 10th I hadn't recieved any emails so sent a follow up email asking for an update. It's not the 13th and no one has responded to me.

Why am I'm not getting what I paid for? I feel like I'm being scammed and I've been looking for alternatives because I've lost a lot of faith in weebly when they don't seem to know what they offer.

So if anyone has any suggestions can you let me know?

Sorry to hear, @lunakitten. I do see that a bug was filed, and based on the chat it sounds like the rep meant that someone would followup once the issue was resolved. It did seem a bit vague and I'm sorry for the confusion and lack of communication.

The bug is still open, but as soon as I have more information I'll make sure you are updated.
