Insights are not working for me

Hi; I tried today to look at my 'insights'.  It gives some info but a couple of the things like abandoned cart, it tells me I need to upgrade to get that info. I am already on the highest plan. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong? Or is there a glitch?

Hi @Ronni14 We have a bug that is prompting some users to upgrade when clicking Abandoned Carts under the Insights tab. You actually do have access to the feature, but it is under the Settings tab.
