It's probably your Google Slideshow embed, @lasttuesday. If you embed one on a page and visit that using Chrome, it will jump down to the slideshow. It doesn't seem to happen in any other browser, though. I'm not sure if Google intends that behavior. I would recommend asking Google - it's possible there's a setting you can use for the code that will make it not do that.
