Hi there. I run an affiliate programme in which people need to put in a code at checkout but the website is showing as the codes not working, they’re showing as expired.

Please can you let me know why as a matter of urgency. And when it will be fixed?

@admin @Adam can you please please help with this I tried to call the helpline but my phone doesn't allow calls to the USA.

Thanks for your post, @clairetitmus. There was actually a bug with this that our engineers were working on. I think they might have already pushed out a fix for that; are you still having trouble?
