Unable to upgrade

I have a square online store and website that I sent emails for through the marketing tab

I have already sent the two free emails and was looking to upgrade to send more.
Every time I click the button to upgrade, I am taken to a page with an error message saying "This Feature is Unavailable"
I have also tried going to promote.weebly.com and get the same message
Even weebly.com redirects me to my square online dashboard.

I have the same issue - I want to use this service rather than outsource it beyond weebly but it won't let me upgrade.

I just tested in you account and the upgrade screen loaded for me. Are you still having trouble?

This is what I see when I click the upgrade button from your account. 

Can you try using a different browser in private/incognito mode? I wonder if the browser you are using is caching a link?
