Google Analytics to All Pages (or just in settings)?

I had entered my code into the header in SEO settings per instructions provided by Weebly.  I've been seeing where this code should be added to each page? If so, header or footer, or does it matter?

As long as you add it to the Header or Footer Code field in Settings > SEO then it will be added to all the pages of your site.
