Hello, I have a Google Workplace registration that is supposed to renew May 6, 2024. Today I cannot log into my gmail account because it has been suspended by Weebly. I am trying to sort out the issue, but they are telling me the services were suspended because the system tried to charge me and couldn’t. I had no charges come through, and it’s a week before the renewal is supposed to happen. Now they are telling me they can’t reinstate my account. They told me I need to transfer my domain to google to fix the issue, but google isn’t taking new domains. I also would be/currently am losing services I already have paid for. I don’t understand, what am I supposed to do?
