I've already waited for deadlines and I've never had to wait so long to get anywhere.

my website is not published, within the Weebly platform everything seems ok, but it doesn't link to the website.

I spent the weekend trying and I couldn't, I'm asking urgently if anyone could help me.

I'm also getting this same problem. 

Support so far are keen to blame my DNS setup, although this is the Weebly server serving the 404 error, which indicates that the DNS is indeed working correctly.
