the contact forms in my website stopped working

I have about a dozen contact forms throughout my website and today I decided to test them because our client information requests are not as frequent as usual.  The first five I tested worked but then all of them stopped working.  I've tried using different emails and I've checked my spam folders.  Although I received a confirmation for each test form I submit, no email arrives.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks.

It's possible that you may have accidentally trigged the spam blocker if you were submitting several forms within a short time frame (from the same IP). Can you post a link to a page with one of the forms that did not work for you so I can test it out?
