Product Categories Mobile Layout

I'm using the HIGHPEAK theme and I want to display the categories of products on a specific product page but when it goes to mobile, I want those categories to stack up one after the other in a column. Hi there, 

The way it is on desktop is ok right now. I only have the option to display it inline at the bottom of the page (as Weebly only offers that layout for product pages)

It might be possible to do this by adding mobile-specific CSS overrides in an embed code element to that page, but I'm not sure it would work because it would be further down in the code of the page. It's possible one of our Community members might have some ideas, though.
