Can you believe it's time to REALLY get serious about the holidays and our business?
What are some things you're looking to do for your clients for the holidays this year?
In salon promos? Holiday cards? VIP gifts?
Also, how much does your business rely on being heavily booked in Q4?

oooo What's a membership package?? What do you include in that?
I'm doing special gifts for my top 20 clients (handmade mugs, coasters, and sneak peek samples of upcoming products) and then all of my clients receive a holiday card as well as coupons to use in the first 3 months next year.

I'm going to purchase gift cards for my online shop, start the square loyalty program in November and maybe do subscription program in Jan.2022
I highly recommend the Square Loyalty program. There are definitely some kinks to work out, but it's great!
Subscription program sounds great! What is it going to include?

I'm not sure yet but I was thinking about doing a " soap of the month" subscription
I'm a soap maker.
I'm offering 20% off retail for my VIPs (they pay $20 a month for VIP status) the first week in November, double rewards points the second week, 1st month VIP fee waived for new members (it's a 6-month commitment) the 3rd week, bring a friend free for and appointments scheduled from Black Friday to 12/1 on any spray tan or teeth whitening. Also from 11/25-12/25 all gift cards will be buy $100 get a $25 bonus card.
We usually do a few gift sets and gift card promos.
When you set up gift sets how do you set it up in your POS so that it pulls from inventory and shows the profit you made off the items in your daily report? Lori

I just add them as Items in Square. I do that for all of the retail items that I carry. Square makes it super easy.

I'm planing on getting each client a special gift!
I'm an esthetician and this is the busiest time of the year for me.
I use the square gift cards this time a year for promos. I focus mainly on client referral promos. I also do a lot of package treatments!
Also since i already have an established membership my money flow is pretty consistent through out the year.
Greetings All! I too plan to do membership Packages & gift cards as well. Can anyone share a contract for memberships please & thank you! Hairtherapystudio@gmail.com ๐๐ฑ

I ordered branded holiday cards, stamps, and free treatment cards to insert into the holiday cards to amp up business in Q1 2022.
I am also giving my Top Clients Loma Hair + Body kits. They are gorgeous and all I have to do is add a bow to each of them and a little note with their name.
Looks great! I think your clients will really enjoy this!

I do like its simplicity and it's great for everyday easy hair.
It is also locally sourced and manufactured in Monroe, WA.
It is at a good price point.
It performs!
It might not be for everyone due to the sweet smells though.
Thank so much for your reply. I think Iโll give it a try. ๐
