Card payment link not showing in my transaction

I had a customer pay with a square link. Saw the receipt and everything now when I log onto my dashboard the payment is not there. Is there a delay for larger amounts i.e over $500. I'm worried that I've provided a service and something has happened.

Came through about 30 minutes later.

@Timau94 Glad it came through in the end!

 

There shouldn't be too much of a delay here, certainly not 30 minutes. Generally a transaction should appear almost instantly on your online dashboard transaction history once the payment has been made! If you continue seeing long delays like this it may be worth checking in with support.

3. Go to "More" then "I don't see my issue"
