Dear I had tried a lot of thing to verify the identity but unsuccessful, i got the credit report of Equifax with everything is the same which I was submitted to square but i am still cannot verify the identity. How can i do next?

Hi, I am struggling as the dashboard is telling me to verify my account. I have been trying to upload my passport and drivers licence in jpeg file and it keeps saying no file chosen ????? What am I doing wrong ? @Help
