Youโre invited to join and beta test Customer Insights for your business. This beta this test will give you early access to new a revamped Customer Insights experience, providing detailed reports of your customers so that you can make more informed business decisions.
Use these insights to:
- Get to know your customers: Understand customer average spend, new vs. returning customers, average visits, and loyalty information. Then break down these metrics through filters, like date, location, channel, and customer group.
- Understand your business: Determine which customers are spending the most, whatโs driving purchasing behavior (i.e. are more customers purchasing online vs. in-store), who are my most loyal customers, and where are they purchasing.
- Save time: Use your existing customer groups to better understand important trends.โ
