Solved: Can I give an employee access to Virtual Terminal?

We have a community swimming pool and want to accept credit cards for purchasing guest passes. All available is a laptop with with internet access. So no pool provided phone or tablet. Is there a way for the life guard to log into the square website to use the virtual terminal to key in card numbers while NOT having Admin or owner rights?

That's a great question!

This is possible with the Team Management features, which allow you to create custom roles and edit permissions for each of the employees that will be signing in to your Dashboard or Point of Sale.

If you create a role that allows for Dashboard access and only check the Take Payments with Virtual Terminal box for that role, they can sign into your Dashboard but only have access to taking Virtual Terminal payments. They won't be able to see reports or make changes to your account in any way.
