Google Workspace email suspended

Hello,

I signed up for google workspace through Weebly to have an email but after 14 days my account was suspended. In The admin Dashbord, I can do nothing, under suscription it's write that my subscription method is "reseller princing" weebly inc. and I can do nothing.

In my weebly account, the service Google Workspace is enable, link to a credit card, with an expiration date the 24. Januar 2024. 

I tried to contact the support but I could only send an email, I tried it but nobody respond to me.
