I live in Mexico and have customers in the USA can I charge their credit cards/ debit cards with either the Virtual Terminal or Chip Card Reader

Square accounts are only able to run transactions within the country in which they were activated. In other words, if you activated a U.S. based account, you will only be able to charge customers in and from the United States.

Seeing that Mexico is currently outside of our International Availability, you will not be able to process payments there, even using the Virtual Terminal.
